About this Event
We’re excited this month to have Wayne Aston join us for Taco ’Bout Real Estate — and to enjoy some delicious tacos while we dig into a topic that’s everywhere right now.
Data center development is all over the headlines, and rural Utah is no exception. Power availability, land, and infrastructure are driving real decisions, and Millard County is quickly becoming part of that story.
Wayne is a founding member and developer of Valley Forge Impact Parks and is directly involved in a data center project underway in Millard County. He brings a firsthand, on-the-ground perspective into why these projects are moving into rural markets, what makes Millard County work, and what it means for land use, infrastructure, and local communities.
This will go fast. Be sure to RSVP to save your spot.
📅 Date: Tuesday, February 17
